How can I apply/obtain parking for my rental?
If your rental has an off-street parking spot which was discussed and agreed upon with the Landlord please stop by our office (506 Thomas Street Bethlehem, PA 18015) to obtain a sticker and get access to our tenant directory to input car information.
For parking through the city of Bethlehem/street permit please go to bethpark.org, find your zone (which can be located on the parking signs outside your rental) and apply for the “student parking permit”. Please ensure to use your Lehigh email to clarify you are a student and then they should be able to sign you up through the next steps.
How can I turn on utilities and put them into my name?
PPL Electric: Please visit ppl.com and click start service which can take you step by step on how to start service.
UGI Gas: Please call UGI Gas and set up service over the phone with a representative.
Internet: Please call RCN-Astound Broadband or any other company which you can locate and set up service with a representative.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
1) Please ensure that you are signed up/logged into “Rentroom” which is our tenant portal. You can find the link in the button on the top right corner of our website.
2) Please note that all request have to be made through the IOS or android application so please make sure you are using the proper device.
3) From the home page please find the maintenance tab on the bottom corner, select which type of issue and then follow the steps and click submit. From here the maintenance team will communicate with you and take care of the issue.
